摘  要:为研究转基因杨树接穗不同嫁接组合的抗虫性,以Pb29和非转基因741杨为对照,采用以下2种组合互为接穗和砧木进行嫁接,转Btcry1Ac基因741杨株系Pb29和非转基因741杨、转Btcry3A基因741杨株系CC71和Pb29,分别用1年生嫁接苗叶片饲喂杨扇舟蛾和美国白蛾。结果表明,Pb29/741和Pb29/CC71的嫁接苗叶片,对美国白蛾和杨扇舟蛾幼虫累计死亡率以及体长和体重的抑制作用均明显高于非转基因741杨,且与Pb29无明显差异;741/Pb29,CC71/Pb29接穗叶片对杨扇舟蛾和美国白蛾幼虫的影响高于非转基因741杨,但明显低于转基因株系Pb29。研究证明转基因株系为接穗嫁接到非转基因植株上仍能保持高抗虫性,而非转基因植株为接穗嫁接到转基因株系上,可使接穗产生一定抗虫性。With the aim of studying the insect-resistance performance of the transgenic 741 pop- lar by different grafting combinations, Pb29 (transgenic 741 poplar with BtcrylAc gene), CC71 (transgenic 741 poplar with Btcry3A gene) and non-transgenic 741 poplar were selected as materials. Four different grafting combinations were conducted as scion and stock: Pb29/ 741, Pb29/CC71, 741/Pb29 and CC71/Pb29. Insect-resistance tests on Clostera anachoreta and Hyphantria cunea by leaves from one-year-old grafted seedlings were performed. Results showed, foe the larvae fed with the leaves from Pb29/741 and Pb29/CC71 grafted seedlings, the cumulative mortality and the inhibiting effect on insect body length and weight were signifi- cantly higher than that of non-transgenic 741, but no obvious difference was found compared with that of Pb29. The insect-resistance effects of the leaves from 741/Pb29 and CC71/Pb29 grafted seedlings were also higher than that of non-transgenic 741, but obviously lower than that of Pb29. Studies showed that scion from transgenic plants which was grafted onto non-transgenic plants maintained high insect-resistance, while scion from non-transgenic plants which was grafted onto transgenic plants got certain insect-resistance ability.
