摘　　要：本文研究了评价医疗效果的奖罚权系数法 ,给出了奖罚权系数法的评价步骤 。This paper studies a reward-punishment weight method to evaluate medical results,the evaluating steps of reward-punishment weights method are given,a example shows the resonable of this method.
