土庄绣线菊五环三萜类化学成分(Ⅱ)

摘　　要：目的：进一步研究土庄绣线菊Spiraea pubescens Turcz.乙醇提取物石油醚和三氯甲烷分离部位的化学成分.方法：采用硅胶柱色谱、十八烷基键合硅胶柱色谱和制备液相色谱等手段进行化学成分分离,运用理化性质和波谱数据（MS,1H-NMR,13C-NMR和HMBC等）鉴定化合物结构.结果：从土庄绣线菊乙醇提取物石油醚和三氯甲烷分离部位分离得到9个五环三萜类化合物,分别鉴定为熊果酸（1）,熊果醛（2）,乌苏酸（3）,日尔曼醇（4）,α-香树脂醇（5）,高根二醇（6）,白桦脂酸（7）,齐墩果酸（8）和桦木酮酸（9）.结论：化合物2～6和8～9为首次从该属植物中分离得到,化合物1和7为首次从该植物中分离得到.Objective：To further investigate the chemical constituents from the petroleum ether and chloroform fractions of ethanol extract from Spiraea pubescens.Method：The compounds were isolated by silica gel chromatography,ODS chromatography,and preparative HPLC,and their structures were elucidated on the basis of chemical and spectroscopic methods,including MS,1D and 2D NMR spectral techniques.Result：Nine compounds were isolated from the petroleum ether and chloroform fractions of ethanol extract from S.pubescens,and were identified as ursolic acid （1）,ursolic aldehyde （2）,ursonic acid （3）,germanicol （4）,α-amyrenol （5）,erythrodiol （6）,betulinic acid （7）,oleanolic acid （8）,and betulonic acid （9）.Conclusion：This is the first report of the isolation of 2-6 and 8-9 from Spiraea genus,and 1,7 from this plant.
