摘　　要：目的:观察新疆两色金鸡菊醇提物对自发性高血压大鼠(SHR)血压、心肌重构和血浆内皮素(ET)、血管紧张素(Ang)Ⅱ和降钙素基因相关肽(CGRP)含量的影响。方法:将SHR分为模型组、两色金鸡菊醇提物高、中、低剂量组(3.2,1.6,0.8 g·kg-1)、卡托普利组(4 mg·kg-1)及杜仲平压片组(187.5 mg·kg-1),连续ig给药4周。采用无创血压计观察其对血压的影响;计算各组大鼠左心室质量指数(LVWI)和心脏指数;采用放射免疫法测量血浆中ET,AngⅡ,CGRP含量的变化。结果:干预4周后,各给药组大鼠血压均明显下降(P<0.01);与模型组相比各组大鼠LVWI均下降,其中两色金鸡菊醇提物高剂量组和卡托普利组的下降存在显著差异(P<0.01),且高剂量组和卡托普利组心脏指数降低(P<0.05);与模型组相比,两色金鸡菊醇提物高、中剂量和卡托普利可明显减少血浆中ET和AngⅡ的含量(P<0.01),同时血浆中CGRP的含量有增加的趋势。结论:两色金鸡菊醇提物具有一定的降压作用,可以改善SHR心室肥厚情况,其作用机制与抑制体内肾素-血管紧张素系统和改善内皮功能有关。Objective：To observe the effects of the alcohol extract from Coreopsis tinctoria on blood pressure,the content of plasma endothelin （ET）,angiotension Ⅱ （Ang Ⅱ） and calcitonin gene-related peptide （CGRP） in spontaneous hypertension rats （SHR）.Method：The spontaneous hypertension rats （SHR） were randomly divided into six groups,untreated control,high,middle,low dosage group of the alcohol extract from C.tinctoria （3.2,1.6,0.8 g· kg-1）,captopril group （4 mg·kg-1） and du zhong tablet group （187.5 mg· kg-1）.Tail blood pressure were measured every week.After 4 weeks,the contents of plasma ET,Ang Ⅱ and CGRP were detected by radioimmunity method respectively.The left ventricular weight index （LVWI） and cardiac index were monitored too.Result：Compared with model group,the blood pressure of all groups significantly lowered after 4 weeks （P ＜0.01）.The LVWI of all groups was decreased,while the high dosage group and captopril group showed significant difference （P ＜ 0.01）.The contents of ET and Ang Ⅱ were decreased greatly （P ＜ 0.01） in the high,middle dosage group and captopril group,while the contents of plasma CGRP were increased in all group,but showed no significant difference.Conclusion：The alcohol extract from C.tinctoria could significantly reduce blood pressure and improve myocardial hypertrophy in SHR,which might be related to inhibiting RAS and improving the endothelial function.
