摘 要:为了提高转鼓的强度,在锥篮离心机转鼓上设置加强箍。应用三维有限元法,在加强箍与转鼓之间有或无预紧力的条件下,分析加强箍分布参数、截面参数以及过盈量对转鼓应力的影响。结果表明,当箍间距C<265mm(无预紧)、C<292mm(有预紧)时,箍对鼓壁才起到强化作用;对于总截面积一定的箍而言,鼓壁应力随着箍数的增多而逐渐减小,但减小的幅度趋缓;在设计中加强箍的安装位置应适当往转鼓大端偏移,可使鼓壁应力减小;当箍截面的轴向高度大于径向厚度时,箍对鼓体的强化作用明显。箍截面积较小时,其高厚比对鼓壁应力的影响较小。The reinforcing rings were installed on the cone-shaped cen- trifugal basket in order to improve its strength. Under the condition that there was a precompression between the reinforcing ring and the shell or not, three-dimensional finite element method was used to analyze the influence of the reinforcing ring parameters including distribution, section and shrink range on the stress of basket. The results showed that the basket was reinforced when the rings range interval C was less than 265 mm (non precompression) and 292 mm (precompression). The stress of basket decreased gradually with the rings increase when the whole sectional area was equal, but reduction in the stress slowed down. It could reduce in the stress that the rings installation position properly shifted towards big end of the basket in design. The reinforced effect of the basket was more significant when the axial size of the rings trapezoid section was larger than the radial size. The ratio of height and thickness in section had very little effect on the stress of basket when the sectional area of ring was small.
