摘 要:为优化柠檬醛合成紫罗兰酮的工艺条件,分别考察反应温度、催化剂用量、反应时问、物料比等因素对柠檬醛合成假紫罗兰酮再环化得到紫罗兰酮收率的影响。结果表明,合成假紫罗兰酮的适宜工艺条件为反应温度40~45℃,NaOH用量3.0%WT,丙酮(n丙酮):柠檬醛(n柠檬醛)摩尔比6:1,反应4h,假紫罗兰酮的反应收率90.6%;合成紫罗兰酮的适宜工艺条件为反应温度50℃,假紫罗兰酮(n假紫罗兰酮):85%磷酸(n85%磷酸)摩尔比1:3,反应2h,紫罗兰酮收率89.8%;从柠檬醛合成紫罗兰酮两步反应的总收率为81.4%。Ionone, a kind of rare spices, was synthesized by cyclization of pseudoionone that was synthesized from citral. The factors were investigated affecting the synthesis of ionone including the reaction temperature, catalyst amount, reaction time and material ratio. The optimal technological conditions for synthesis of pseudoionone from citral were the mole ratio of citral and acetone 1 : 6 with 3 % sodium hydroxide, then reacting for 4 h at 40-45 ℃ ,the yield of pseudoionone reached 90.6 %. The optimal technological conditions for synthesis of ionone from pseudoionone were the mole ratio of pseudoionone to 85% phosphoric acid 1 : 3, then reacting for 2 h at 50 ℃, the yield of ionone reached 89. 8%, and the total yield of the two-step was 81.4%.
