摘　　要：分析了热轧带钢表面氧化铁皮的产生机理、去除过程及影响除鳞效果的因素,据此对邯钢中板厂3500mm厚板生产线的除鳞设备进行了改造,不仅提高了除鳞效果,还将除鳞装置的使用寿命提高至6个月以上。The generation mechanism, removal process of scale of hot rolled strip and descaling influence fac tors were analyzed. Based on it, the descaling process of Handan 3500mm plate rolling mill was reformed. De tail modification was proposed and operated. The descaling effect was improved significantly and the service li fetime of descaling device was increased to above six months.
