摘  要:分析了冷连轧过程中因原料卷头尾镰刀弯导致的带钢跑偏的问题,通过以原料卷头尾的中心线偏移量和楔形值数据为基础,编制相应的头尾搭接方案,现场各工序的操作人员关注相关事项并采取相应措施,有效控制了因原料镰刀弯而导致的跑偏、断带事故的发生。The causes of strip deviation during cold rolling was analyzed. The result showed that deviation was caused by the camber on the head and tail of the raw materials. Based on the datas of deviation values of head and tail of raw material, corresponding overlapping scheme was designed. Meanwhile, each process field oper ators related matters were attended and corresponding measures were applied. At the last, the strip deviation and fault accidents due to raw material camber were effectively controlled.
