摘　　要：文章阐述了信息化与工业化深度融合的国际环境、重要平台和发展新态势,重点探讨了工业互联网的核心要素和应用,分析了中国发展工业互联网的前景、机遇和潜在优势。最后,结合工业互联网面临的问题与挑战,对我国发展工业互联网提出了相关建议。This paper describes the development of the new S＆T revolution and new industrial revolution, deep integration of informatization and industrialization. It mainly discusses the key elements and applications of the industrial internet, and also analyses the opportunities and potential challenges of industrial internet development in China. Finally, a few suggestions are presented on the problems and challenges faced by industrial internet.
