摘 要:研究了不同温度和不同时间条件下C还原Fe--Cr--O体系所得产物的形态,样品主要包括FeCr2O4+C和Fe2O3+2Cr2O3+C两种体系.两种样品的还原度均随温度升高而升高,反应接近平衡时还原率均在90%以上.C还原FeCr2O4和Fe2O3--Cr2O3的过程大致相同,且最终还原产物基本组成均为Fe--Cr--C合金和金属碳化物(主要为Cr7C3).针对最终还原产物中Fe--Cr--C合金和金属碳化物的含量提出了一种估算方法,其估算结果与理论计算结果基本吻合.结果显示,最终产物中Fe--Cr--C合金量随温度升高而升高,碳化物含量随温度升高而降低,且不同温度条件下所获得的Fe--Cr--C合金成分不同.The morphology of the reduction products of Fe-Cr-O systems by C at different temperatures and time intervals was stud-ied in this paper. The samples include two systems of FeCr2 O4 +C and Fe2 O3 +2Cr2 O3 +C. It is found that the reduction degrees of the two samples increase with increasing temperature, and the reduction degree can be above 90% when the reaction is close to balance. The reduction processes of FeCr2 O4 and Fe2 O3-Cr2 O3 are similar and the final reduction products are composed of Fe-Cr-C alloys and metal carbides ( mainly Cr7 C3 ) . A method was proposed to estimate the contents of Fe-Cr-C alloys and metal carbides in the final reduction products, and the estimated results agree with the calculated data. It is shown that the content of Fe-Cr-C alloys increa-ses while the content of metal carbides decreases with increasing temperature, and the composition of Fe-Cr-C alloys varies with temper-ature.
