摘  要:松材线虫(Bursaphelenchus xylophilus)在中国主要借助媒介昆虫松墨天牛(Monochamus alternatus)进行传播。通过识别寄主树木和媒介天牛释放的化学物质信号,松材线虫的4龄扩散型幼虫(JⅣ)进出松墨天牛体内,侵染健康寄主。本文综述了媒介昆虫天牛携带松材线虫进行传播的化学生态学研究进展。在松材线虫传播的过程中,脂肪酸类物质、挥发性萜烯类物质、碳氢化合物和CO2发挥重要的调控作用;除此之外,松材线虫体内的化学信号物质也决定其是否能够脱离媒介昆虫,从而成功地侵入新的健康寄主。The pinewood nematode Bursaphelenchus xylophilus, the most important invasivc species in pine forests of China, is transported to new pine hosts by beetle vector of Monochamus alternatus. The fourth stage dispersal juvenile (JⅣ) of B. xylophilus is a specialized life stage that must alter its response to a variety of chemical cues releasing by host trees and beetles over time to properly enter and exit its beetle vector. The research progress on chemical ecology of B. xylophilus travelling and entering new hosts were reviewed in this paper. Chemicals, such as fatty acids, volatile terpenes, carbon dioxide (CO2) and hydrocarbons may play important roles in nematode entrance and exit behavior from M. ahernatus. Besides, the intrinsic chemical cues play an important role in the transmigration of B. xylophilus from beetle vectors to the healthy trees.
