摘 要:作者以TSWV YN-1株系为研究材料,克隆了其GN/GC基因,测序后与GenBank中TSWV其他株系GN/GC基因进行比对,结果显示:YN-1GN/GC基因全长3 408bp,编码1 135个氨基酸,构建的系统发育树可分为4个群,YN-1属于群Ⅱ,与源自西班牙的SPAIN-2株系的GN/GC基因核苷酸相似性最高,达98.88%,氨基酸相似性达98.85%。YN-1株系N基因和GN/GC基因的起源不同,我们推断YN-1可能是一个发生重排(reassortment)的新株系,是不同地理起源的株系在共同传播过程中发生了重排的结果,具体原因有待进一步研究。In this study, we cloned the complete nucleotide sequence of GN/GC gene of TSWV YN-1 strain, and analyzed its phylogenetic relationship to other TSWV isolates from GenBank. The results showed that the com- plete nucleotide sequence of GN/Gc gene was 3 408 nt and encoded 1135 aa, and the phylogenetic tree of the com- plete nucleotide sequence of the GN/Gc gene of TSWV isolated from different hosts in different geographic origins in the world, divided into four groups, were constructed, where TSWV YN-1 was in group Ⅱ, and the complete nucleotide and amino acid sequences of GN/Gc exhibited 98.88% and 98.85% identity with SPAIN-2 (accession number: AY744493) isolated from tomato in Spain, respectively. Because the origins of N gene and GN/GC gene of TSWV YN-1 were different, we inferred that TSWV YN-1 might be a new strain, resulted from a reassortment event happened in co-transmission between different strains of geographic origins. The mechanism needs to be studied further,
