摘  要:采用快速磨和卧式辊磨两种球磨工艺分别处理CaO-Al2O3-B2O3-SiO2(CABS)玻璃料。在处理好的玻璃粉中混入质量分数40%的Al2O3粉末,用流延法制备低温烧结CABS/Al2O3生瓷带。比较两种球磨工艺得到玻璃粉料的形状、粒径分布、在溶剂中沉降速度对复合陶瓷烧结性能、介电性能的影响。结果表明:通过卧式辊磨球磨30 h得到的玻璃粉料,D50=2.49μm,表面圆滑,粒径分布狭窄,在有机溶剂中沉降较慢,适用于流延工艺。850℃保温30 min后,于10 MHz测试,其εг=8.15,tanδ=1.2×10–4;SEM显示其微观结构致密。CaO-Al2O3-B2O3-SiO2 (CABS) glass powders were processed by two methods included the horizontal rolling mill and the fast grinding machine. The CABS/Al2O3 composite ceramics made by glass powders and 40% (mass fraction) Al2O3 powders were prepared by casting method. The effects of the shape, size distribution, sedimentation velocity of glass powders by two grinding processes on the sintering property, dielectric property of the composite ceramic were compared. The results show that the glass powder obtained by grinding 30 h with horizontal mill has better characteristics of D50 = 2.49 μm, smooth surface, narrow particle size distribution, setting slowly in an organic solvent and is suitable for tape casting. Samples sintered at 850 ℃ for 30 min exhibit good performance:ε = 8.15, tanδ = 1.2×10^-4 (at 10 MHz); SEM images show the dense microstructure.
