摘 要:以苹果酸银为前驱体、仲丁胺为络合剂、乙二醇为溶剂,制备了无颗粒型银基导电油墨。将该导电油墨涂布在聚对苯二甲酸乙二酯基材上,在较低的热处理温度下制得相应的银膜。采用X射线能谱仪、同步热分析仪等仪器对制备的苹果酸银、导电油墨以及银膜的性能进行了研究与表征。结果表明,所制苹果酸银基导电油墨在150℃就达到了最大分解速率,远低于苹果酸银的214℃;利用该导电油墨经150℃低温热处理60 min后得到的银膜结晶度高、致密性良好,其电导率可达1.69×106 S/m。Particle-free silver based conductive ink was prepared using silver malate as precursor, 2-butylamine as complexing agent and ethylene glycol as solvent respectively. By coating the ink onto polyethylene terephthalate substrate and heat-treating at a low temperature subsequently, the corresponding conductive silver film was acquired. The properties of as-prepared silver malate, conductive ink and conductive silver film were investigated by energy-dispersive X-ray spectroscope, simultaneous thermal analyzer and so on. Results show that the decomposition rate of the prepared silver malate based conductive ink reaches the maximum at 150 ℃, which is much lower than that (214 ℃) of silver malate; the silver film prepared by the conductive ink sintered at 150 ℃ for 60 min possesses compact structure and with good crystallinity, and its conductivity reaches up to 1.69× 106 S/m.
