发达经济体资本账户开放的经验教训与启示

摘　　要：自20世纪70年代末以来,主要发达国家兴起金融自由化改革浪潮,先后取消多项资本管制措施,并于20世纪90年代中期基本实现资本账户开放的目标。本文论述了资本账户开放的内涵和影响,分析了发达经济体资本账户开放的原因、主要途径和政策实施效果,总结了发达经济体实行渐进式和激进式资本账户开放的经验和教训,并就中国资本账户开放提出相关启示与建议。Since the late 1970s, financial liberalization reform trend has rised in main developed countries which cancelled a number of capital regulatory measures, and achieved the objective of opening capital aceount. This paper discusses the connotation and influence of capital account openness; analyses the reasons of the reasons, main routes, and policy implementation effect of capital account openness; summarizes the lesson and enlightenment from incremental and radical capital account openness in developed economies. And it gives relevant enlightenment and suggestion on China＇s capital account openness.
