摘  要:现有的硫化矿自燃倾向性综合评价方法多样,且无统一的标准。以矿样的常温氧化增重率、自热点和自燃点3项指标为关键判定因子,结合CRITIC权重分析法和TOPSIS综合评价法,对硫化矿自燃倾向性进行综合判定。采用CRITIC权重分析法,综合考虑指标内的变异性和各指标间的冲突性,得到3项指标的权重,通过TOPSIS综合评价法计算评价对象与理想对象间的距离,对硫化矿自燃的危险性进行排序。运用该判定方法对国内某金属矿山的10个代表性矿样的自燃倾向性进行综合判定,比较了多个硫化矿矿样的自燃危险,得出10个矿样自燃倾向性从大到小为10#、2#、6#、1#、7#、3#、5#、4#、8#、9#,评价结果与实际情况相符,说明该方法是可行的。In this paper, we would like to offer our evaluation on the spontaneous combustion trend of sulfide ores based on TOPSIS and CRITIC testing method. Although there exist various evaluation meth- ods responsible for the spontaneous combustion tendency of sulfide ores, it is regretful that experts are various in their points of view in the tendency, nor unified approach to the problem. However, com- mon idea has also been found on how to choose the key evaluation in- dexes accounting for the trend, for example, the oxidation increment of the ore at the ambient temperatures, the self-heating point of the ore, and self-ignition point, etc. For example, the oxidation incre- ment of the testing samples at the ambient temperature tends to reflect the low temperature oxidation characteristics of the ores. The ambient temperature, the serf-heating point, the self-ignition point, in turn, are the three indexes to reflect the degree of difficulty in how the sul- fide ores evolve from oxidation exothermic to serf-heating and self-ig- nition. Therefore, we have combined the theories of CRITIC and TOPSIS to evaluate the tendency in an integrated way, whereas the weight of each index has been determined by using the CRITIC. The sort of weight of the three indexes from more to less can be illustrated as, the oxidation increment of samples at ambient temperature, the self-ignition point, and the self-heating point. Through the CRITIC method, we have done objective quantitative analysis to determine the weight of each index, overcome the defect of TOPSIS method for weight dependence, and then enhance the objectivity of the evalua- tion. Thus, the 10 samples from a metal mine have been evaluated by using the new method we have developed. The results of our evalua- tion prove to be in accord with the actual investigation results gained from the mining sites.
