摘 要:为了探讨从煤矸石中酸溶制备得到的聚合氯化铝铁钙(PAFCC)的形态与混凝性能,利用扫描电镜、红外光谱、X射线衍射分析技术对聚合氯化铝铁钙的结构进行了表征,对比研究了PAFCC与PAC(工业聚合氯化铝)处理高岭土废水的混凝性能。结果表明,制备的PAFCC具有类空心管柱状结晶体的形貌,是一种含氯的铝、铁多羟基聚合物,推测其分子通式为[Al13-x Fex Ca2NaO22(OH)y]m Cl(24-y)·nH2O,0≤x≤5,0≤y≤24。用PAFCC与PAC做高岭土废水处理对比试验,PAFCC的混凝效果及污泥过滤脱水性能均优于PAC。This paper is inclined to introduce a polymeric flocculent aluminum ferric chloride calcium ( PAFCC), a new type of inorganic floeeulation prepared from the coal gangue. As is well known, coal gangue is abundant in different substance ingredients both of organic and inorganic polymer flocculants. Chemical analysis of the gangue under study helps us to make clear its chemical components, which are made of SiO2 ( 52.15 % ), Al2O3 ( 22.67 % ), Fe2 O3 ( 4.01% ) and CaO ( 2.53 % ), respectively. All these' components are highly valuable and feasible for making highly efficient floeculent PAFCC, for example, the kind of coal gangue that we have extracted from Liaoyang City, Liaoning, which we have prepared by using the coal gangue and hydrochloric acid as raw material. We have also made known its structure through observation under high-resolution electri- cal microscope (SEM), IR spectroscope and X-ray diffraction. And, then, we have tested and measured the effect of PAFCC on the indus- trial sewage treatment, as well as compared them with the industrial polymerization aluminum chloride (PAC). The experimental results of ours indicated that the calcination process tends to play an important role in producing PAFCC, which is resulted from the activities of such elements as Si, A1, Fe and Ca. In addition, it is necessary to point out that PAFCC is a kind of inorganic polymer consisting of chloride, aluminum ferric, which takes a form of polyhydroxy hollow tube of columnar crystals morphology, with its chemical formula being [All3-xFexCa2NaO22(OH)r ] mC1(24- r) nH20,0≤ x ≤5,0≤ y≤ 24. The coagulation effect and the sludge dehydrolic behavior of PAFCC proves to be much more advanced than those of PAC in puri- fying Kaolin sewage. From what is said above and what we have gained from our experiments, it can be concluded that the flocculent effect of PAFCC can be made much better than PAC under the opti- mal experimental conditions.
