摘 要:腈纶废水含有大量的N-N-二甲基甲酰胺(DMF)和N-N-二甲基乙酰胺(DMAC)。该类物质有毒,难降解,对环境有极大的危害。研究了铁炭内电解法处理DMF、DMAC废水的效果。结果表明:在pH值为3、铁炭体积比为1∶3、海绵铁投加量为200 g/L、反应60 min时,DMF和DMAC废水中CODCr的去除率分别达到52%和37%,且BOD/COD值由0.22分别上升至0.32和0.34左右。出水经紫外-可见分光光度计测定表明,铁炭内电解主要破坏—H、—CH3和C=O。This paper aims to study the removing effect of DMAC and DMF through ferric-carbon internal-electrolysis. Since acrylic sewage contains a great deal of N-N-dimcthylformamide (DMF) and N-N- dimethyl acetamide (DMAC), they are toxic and non-degradable, and, therefore, badly harmful to the environment. To improve the ef- ficiency of DMAC and DMF removing efficiency, we have laid out both combined orthogonal experiments as well as single factor experiments v/a the ferric-carbon internal-electrolysis and discovered the optimal operating conditions for COD removing effects based on the study of the reaction mechanism found through experiments can be The optimal conditions we have stated as follows : ( 1 ) the sponge iron and coal column active carbon can be used as fillers; (2) carbon to iron should be prepared in a ratio of 1 : 3 ; (3) The iron dosage is 200 g/L whereas the ferric-carbon internal-electrolysis aeration time should last for 60 min; 4) and the pH value of the influent should be 3. In so doing, it would be possible to increase the removal rate of CODcr of DMF and DMAC by 52 % and 37 %, respectively. In addi- tion, the biodegradability can be improved by increasing the ratio of B/C to DMF and DMAC from 0.22 up to about 0.32 and 0.34, re- spectively. Whereas the effluent can be detected by using a UV-Vis spectrophotometer. The result of our experiments shows that the fer- ric-carbon internal-electrolysis is mainly used to bring damage to the auxochrome group -H, -CH3 and C = 0. Thus, it can be con- cluded that the results of this study can be taken as a guide to the practical application of ferric-carbon internal-electrolysis in treating acrylic sewage.
