摘　　要：高校辅导员专职从事学生思想教育和管理与服务工作,是开展大学生思想政治工作的骨干力量。抓好高校辅导员队伍建设,是做好学生工作的关键和基本保证。由于当前高校辅导员队伍建设中存在的一些问题,导致辅导员的事务性工作特别多,严重影响其思想政治教育这一核心工作的正常开展。文章从加强高校辅导员队伍建设的现实意义出发,分析了目前辅导员队伍建设中存在的问题及其成因,并提出了相应的意见和对策。College Counselors play a key role in the ideological and political work of students. The ideological and political education and the behavior management of students should be their sole duty. A good team construction would be the key and guarantee for the counselors to do their work in the right way. However, because there are some problems and misunderstandings currently in the counselor team construction and their role orientation, they have to take too much in the routine work. Consequently, the ideological and political education of students was seriously impacted in width and depth, which should be the core work of college counselors. Based on the practical significance of counselor team construction, this article discussed and analyzed the problems existed in counselor team construction of common colleges and their causes. In addition, some solutions and approaches to solve these problems were also proposed.
