围绝经期肥胖妇女腰臀比与性激素结合球蛋白、游离睾酮的相关性研究

摘　　要：目的：探讨围绝经期妇女腰臀比（ WHR ）与性激素结合球蛋白（ SHBG ）、游离睾酮的相关性。方法40～50周岁的肥胖妇女350例，按WHR≥0．85及＜0．85各选出40例记为Ⅰ组、Ⅱ组，测定游离睾酮、SHBG水平，计算体重指数（BMI）；采用游离雄激素指数（FAI）作为雄激素活性高低的指标。结果Ⅰ组FAI、WHR均高于Ⅱ组（P均＜0．05），SHBG低于Ⅱ组（P＜0．05）；围绝经期肥胖妇女WHR与SHBG呈负相关关系（P＜0．05），与FAI、BMI呈正相关关系（P＜0．05）。结论围绝经期肥胖妇女WHR与FAI、BMI呈正相关关系，与SHBG呈负相关关系。Objective To investigate the correlation of waist-hip ratio （ WHR） with sex hormone binding globulin （SHBG） and free testosterone in perimenopausal women with obesity .Methods Eighty obesity women aged 40~50 years old were divided into group Ⅰand group Ⅱaccording to WHR ,with 40 cases in each group ,and the serum levels of free testosterone,SHBG were detected,and body mass index（BMI） was calculated.The free androgen index（FAI） was used as the indicator of androgen activity .Results FAI and WHR in group Ⅰwere higher than those in group Ⅱ（ all P〈0.05）,while the level of SHBG was lower than that in groupⅡ（P〈0.05）;WHR negatively correlated with SHBG （P〈0.05）,and positively correlated with FAI and BMI among perimenopausal women with obesity （P〈0.05）. Conclusion WHR negatively correlates with SHBG while positively correlates with FAI and BMI among perimenopausal women with obesity.
