摘  要:制药厂每年可产生大量废活性炭,既污染环境又造成浪费,活性炭的再生成为亟待解决的课题。针对阿司匹林生产工艺中产生的废活性炭,采用双氧水氧化耦合超声、酸催化氧化耦合超声和传统酸碱洗涤法进行再生性能比较。研究结果表明:双氧水耦合超声再生法得到的活性炭收率高,其脱色力强,且比表面积较大。Pharmaceutical factory can produce amounts of waste activated carbon every year, which polluted the environment and wasted resources. Regeneration of activated carbon became an urgent task. In accordance with the used activated carbon produced in pharmaceutical aspirin plant, regeneration methods such as H2O2 with ultrasonic regeneration, acid solution with ultrasonic regeneration and alkaline solution regeneration were studied. The results showed that by the method of H2 O2 with ultrasonic waves, the yield of activated carbon was the highest. Methylene blue adsorption of regenerated activated carbon was the highest.
