摘　　要：为了培养符合社会要的大学生,创新设计了酚酞的合成实验,本实验着重培养学生自己探索有机合成中各项条件的设定(投料比、反应时间、反应温度和催化剂用量)。实验条件的确立是以三因素四水平的正交试验的结果为基础,并终得到优的合成条件。在得到实验产品的同时,结合分析化学和有机化学知识解释酚酞在不同pH条件下的显色机理。In order to meet the needs of the community college culture, phenolphthalein synthesis experiments was designed innovatively. Orthogonal was applied to determine the synthesis conditions. Combined with knowledge of analytical chemistry and organic chemistry were available to explain the phenomenon that the chromogenic mechanism of phenolphthalein at different pH conditions.
