摘　　要：随着国家大力整顿医药行业,推动了产业规范化,对从业人员提出了更高要求。本文对药学专业人才求进行了分析。以服务区域经济为目标、结合我校的实际情况,探索构建合理的课程体系,形成了"专业基础课+专业核心课+专业技能拓展课+顶岗实习"为基本框架的课程体系;探讨以岗位要、能力为导向优化教学内容。The government mading great efforts to rectify the pharmaceutical industry and promote industry standardization, which may lead to higher request for pharmacy practitioners. The demand of pharmacy was analyzed. Cultivating mode was explored on the basis of serving the regional economy and combining with reality situation of the school. The cultivating mode of professional basic curriculum, professional core courses, professional skill development courses and post practice was established. Based on the demand of pharmacy and abilities of student, the optimization of teaching content was discussed.
