摘  要:目的:研究正常高值血压人群血压晨峰与早期动脉硬化的关系。方法:筛选正常高值血压119例,作24 h动态血压监测并计算血压晨峰数值,以血压晨峰≥35 mmHg为MBPS组,<35 mmHg为非MBPS组,同时作颈动脉血管超声检测颈动脉IMT,并计算斑块检出率。结果:晨峰组与非晨峰组在年龄、血脂各项指标上无统计学意义,两组间比较P>0.05;晨峰组预动脉IMT较非晨峰组增厚,班块检出率也较高(P<0.05);直线相关分析显示,血压晨峰与IMT呈明显正相关关系,(r=0.681,P<0.05)。结论:正常高值血压人群中血压晨峰是早期动脉硬化重要危险因素。Objective:To investigate the relationship between the morning surge in blood pressure (MBPS) and the early atherosclerosis among people with high normal blood pressure. Methods:119 cases of high normal blood pressure were under ambulatory blood pressure monitoring, and the value of morning blood pressure surge was calculated. These people were divided into MBPS group whose MBPS 〉 35 mmHg,and non-MBPS group. Whose MBPS〈35 mmHg. At the same time, the carotid artery ultrasound was performed to detect the intima-media thickness (IMT), and the plaque detection rate was calculated. Results:There were no significant differences in age and blood lipids between two groups (P〉 0.05);but the IMT were thicker and the plaque detection rate was higher in MBPS group;there was positive correlation between MBPS and IMT (r=0.681, P〈0.05). Conclusion:Morning surge in blood pressure is an important risk factor of early atherosclerosis in high normal blood pressure population.
