三黄桃葛胶囊中7种成分含量测定研究

摘　　要：目的 建立测定三黄桃葛胶囊中7种成分含量的方法.方法 采用高效液相色谱法对制剂中葛根素、5种游离蒽醌、毛蕊异黄酮苷进行定量分析.结果 葛根素、毛蕊异黄酮苷、芦荟大黄素、大黄酸、大黄素、大黄酚、大黄素甲醚的线性范围分别为0.077～1.54 μg（r=0.999 9）,0.057 ～ 1.72 μg（r=0.999 9）,0.016～0.49 μg（r=0.999 9）,0.020 ～0.61 μg（r=0.999 9）,0.018～0.54 μg（r =0.999 9）,0.017 ～0.52 μg（r =0.999 9）,0.023 ～0.70 μg（r=0.999 9）,平均回收率依次为103.00％（RSD=1.37％,n=6）,98.48％（RSD=1.95％,n=6）,102.58％（RSD=1.84％,n=6）,99.04％（RSD=1.81％,n=6）,102.30％（RSD=1.71％,n=6）,99.79％（RSD=1.83％,n=6）,98.76％（RSD=1.75％,n=6）.结论 该方法简便、准确可靠,专属性强,可用于三黄桃葛胶囊的质量控制.Objective To establish the determination method of seven kinds of ingredients in Sanhuangtaoge Capsules.Methods The quantity analysis of puerarin,5 kinds of free anthraquinone and calycosin-7-O-β-D-glucoside were performed by the high performance and liquid chromatography （HPLC） method.Results The linear ranges of puerarin,calycosin-7-O-β3-D-glucoside,aloe-emodin,rhein,emodin,chrysophanol and physcion were 0.077-1.54 μg（r =0.999 9）,0.057-1.72 μg（r =0.999 9）,0.016-0.49 μg（r =0.999 9）,0.020-0.61 μg （r =0.999 9）,0.018-0.54 μg （r =0.999 9）,0.017-0.52 μg （r =0.999 9）,0.023-0.70 μg （r =0.999 9）,respectively.The average recovery rates of seven kinds of ingredients were 103.00% RSD=l.37%,n=6）,98.48% （RSD=l.95%,n=6）,102.58% （RSD =1.84%,n =6）,99.04% （RSD =1.81%,n =6）,102.30% RSD =1.71%,n =6）,99.79% （RSD =1.83%,n =6）,98.76% （RSD =1.75%,n =6）.Conclusion This method is simple,convement,reliable,accurate and strongly specific,which can be used for the quality control of Sanhuangtaoge Capsules.
