摘　　要：国民经济动员的宗旨是保障维护国家安全所需资源的超常规供给,国民经济动员活动是对国民经济体系的干预与调控。国民经济动员学是管理学门类的一个应用型分支学科,需要不断吸收现代管理学的研究成果,完善国民经济动员学学科体系。敏捷动员是国民经济动员学研究纲领的核心理念和实践目标,动员联盟是敏捷动员的组织基础,动员链是组建动员联盟的内在依据,对动员业务流程的动态研究是国民经济动员学理论指导实践的重要途径,集成动员是动员链理论的深化,也是升级国民经济动员业务流程的重要手段。The purpose of the National Economy Mobilization is to realize the extraordinary supply of resources needed to safeguard national security. National Economy Mobilization activities refer to the intervention and regulation of National Economic system. National Economy Mobilization Theory is a branch of management category discipline, which needs to absorb modem management science research achievements in order for further improvement. Agile Mobilization is the core idea of National Economy Mobilization, Dynamic Alliance is the organizational foundation to realize Agile Mobilization, and National Economic Mobilization chain is the means to accomplish the task of National Economy Mobilization. Strengthening the National Economy Mobilization business process research is the goal of our work, while integrated mobilization is the important measure to upgrade the National Economy Mobilization business processes.
