权变理论视角下创业型大学战略规划——以沃里克大学2015战略规划为例

摘　　要：应用权变理论分析框架,以沃里克大学(The University of Warwick)2015年战略规划蓝图为样本,分析创业型大学战略规划的特征。研究表明:创业型大学的战略规划具有灵活性和统一性相结合的特征,战略规划的制定注重利益相关者的利益诉求,并具备自上而下与自下而上相结合的战略规划流程,大学使命与价值观在战略规划制定中起着重要作用,旨在通过分析沃里克大学战略规划为中国一流大学战略规划的制定提供一些启示。This paper analyzes the characteristics and backgrounds of Warwick＇s 2015 strategic planning with the framework of contingency theory aiming to obtain some common features of entrepreneurial universities＇ strategic planning. The study shows that entrepreneurial university＇s strategic planning has flexibility and uniformity ,pay more attention to stakeholder demands ,and have top-down and bottom-up planning process, Especially,the mission and values rooted in the university play a key role in making the strategy. Therefore,it can provide some inspiration for the construction of modern universities in China by drawing on some experience of the entrepreneurial university strategic planning.
