摘  要:采用数据包络分析(Data Envelopment Analysis,DEA)方法,在带有非阿基米德无穷小的CCR模型基础上,引入决策单元的交叉效率概念,构建DEA交叉效率模型。据此建立决策单元的交叉效率矩阵,再对矩阵中的列向量求算术平均,得到各决策单元的交叉效率函数值,从而实现对所有决策单元效率的完全排序和效率评价。以大秦线为例,运用DEA交叉效率模型建立单元列车所使用的C80,C76和C63型货车的交叉效率矩阵,对这3种货车的效率进行排序和评价;结果表明,C80和C76型货车是有效的,而C63型货车是非有效的,并且C80型货车的效率最优,这说明大秦线可以通过采用更大轴重货车进一步提高运输能力。Based on CCR model with non-Archimedean infinitesimal,the concept of DMU (Decision Making Unit) overlapping efficiency was introduced to establish DEA overlapping efficiency model by data envelopment analysis (DEA) method.Accordingly,the DMU overlapping efficiency matrix was established and then the arithmetic mean of column vector in the matrix was computed to get the overlapping efficiency function value of each DMU,through which the efficiencies of all DMUs were sorted and evaluated completely.Taking Datong-Qinhuangdao Line for case study,we applied the proposed DEA overlapping efficiency model to get the overlapping efficiency matrix of freight cars C80,C76 and C63 in unit train as well as sorted and evaluated the efficiency of these three freight cars.Results show that C80 and C76 are efficient and C63 is inefficient.Among freight cars C80,C76 and C63,C80 is the most efficient,which indicates that freight car with greater axle load can further improve the transport capacity of Datong-Qinhuangdao Line.
