摘　　要：本文探讨了图书馆员的职业内涵与使命,在此基础上分析了图书馆员应该具备的综合素养,并从职业精神与专业水准两个方面作出了建设图书馆员综合素养的相关思考.Based on the exploration of the meaning and mission of the librarians＇ career, this article analyzes the comprehensive quality that librarians should have. It also proposes the thinking for the construction of the librarians＇ comprehensible quality from the two as- pects i. e. the career spirit and professional standards.
