摘　　要：日前,北京市工商局叫停"禁止自带酒水"等六种餐饮业"霸王条款",引发了对消费者权益保护的讨论热潮。北京市工商总局的这一措施在对于消费者权益的保护倾向上,是顺应促进社会公平正义的发展潮流,并且是有利于实现社会关系中的实质平等的。Recently, the Beijing City- Industrial and Commercial Bureau conducted ＂prohibition own drinks＂ and other six kinds of catering industry ＂overlord clause＂, caused a discussion upsurge of consumer rights and inte^sts protection. Beijing City Administration for Industry a~：d Commerce of the measures in the protection of the lights and interests of consumers tend to the development trend, to promote social iairness and justice, and is conducive to the realization of social rdations in real equality.
