摘　　要：结合研发无线局域网可视电话(wireless local area networks video phone,WVphone)的经验,定义了影响WVphoe传输效果的一组关键性能指标(key performance indicators,KPI)及关键质量指标(key quality indicators,KQI),搭建了影响用户体验质量(quality of experience,QoE)的层次分析模型,并给出了符合层次分析评价策略的一组成对对比矩阵,计算出影响WVphone音视频传输效果的KPI权重次序。搭建考虑了背景流量的WVphone间互通测试平台,并将互通过程中实时产生的数据与未作服务质量(quality of service,QoS)保障前互通产生的数据进行对比,结果显示,依据KPI权重设计的针对WVphone端到端传输的QoS控制策略通过了实际环境的验证。考虑到音视频传输涉及的技术和用户体验2个层面,采用评价矩阵理论,并将其与WVphone音视频传输结合,给出了无线局域网音视频传输QoE实用化评价策略的方法和思路。Based on the experience of researching WVphone（wireless local area networks ivdeo phone） terminal, the authors define a set of key performance indicators and the key quality indicators which affecting WVphoe. We built a AHP（ analytic hierarchy process） model that influences the quality of user experience and gives a form of comparison matrix which is suited for the AHP evaluation method as well. We calculated the weighting and sorting on key performance indicators which effects WVphone audio and video transmission, and built the interoperability testing platform between WVphone which considered background traffic. Meanwhile, the data are contrasted between QoS（ quality of service） non-guaranteed and those which are produced at the real time in the process of communication. It shows that the comparison matrix which gives combining experi- ence in the AHP evaluation system is reasonable. Results show it passed the validation in actual environment which the QoS control strategy about WVphone end-to-end transmission that is designed on the basis of KPI （key performance indicators） weight. This paper takes into account of two aspects about the audio and video transmission technologies and user experi- ences, and then adopts the evaluation matrix theory, combines with the audio and video transmission of WVphone, and at last provides a new method or idea to the practical application about wireless local area network audio and video transmission QoE evaluation strategy.
