摘　　要：在建设工程的经营管理过程中,经常出现建设单位或者发包人拖欠工程款的情况,严重损害了单位的合法权益,笔者从"建设工程优先受偿权"的角度进行分析,期望能为各单位在追讨工程欠款过程中寻找一个新的路径,提供一些思考和帮助。Construction unit of people contracting outstanding payments often appear in the management of construction projects, and serious damage to the legitimate interests of the unit, the authors anatyzed from the perspective of priority of compensation in construction project, and look forward to find a new path of recovering arrears.
