柴油低温流动改进剂在-35号柴油调和中的应用

摘　　要：柴油低温流动改进剂可以有效地改善油品的冷滤点，其在-35号柴油调和中发挥着重要作用。以抚顺石油三厂冬季生产的-35号柴油为例，采用小样实验的方法，比较了-35号柴油调和中各组分油的冷滤点大小，分析了导致其冷滤点不合格的0号柴油组分以及不同含量0号柴油组分对其冷滤点的影响，并通过对含有不同0号柴油组分含量的-35号柴油逐步添加柴油低温流动改进剂，分析加剂量对其冷滤点的变化趋势，从而找出生产的最佳配比，以此为企业实际生产提供参考。实验结果显示，多组分油调和的-35号柴油中，0号柴油组分含量在25％～35％时，柴油低温流动改进剂对油品效果明显，可以使其冷滤点降低至产品要求，但加剂量不应超过0．1％。Diesel fuel modifier of low temperature fluidity can effectively improve cold filter plugging point（CFPP） of oil product, its plays an important role in blending - 35# diesel oil. According to - 35# diesel oil in fushun three factory production in winter,using the method of small sample experiment,compared the diesel harmonic components in the oil of the CFPP size, analyzes the causes of its unqualified CFPP 0# diesel oil component and different con- tent of 0# diesel composition on its CFPP,and through the different -35# diesel 0# diesel oil components in gradually adding diesel fuel modifier of low temperature fluidity, analysis and dose the change trend of CFPP,so as to find out the best proportion of production to actual production to provide the reference for the enterprise. Experimental results show that the muhicomponent harmonic -35# diesel oil, 0# diesel oil component content from 25 % to 35 %, diesel fuel modifier of low temperature fluidity obvious effect, can reduce the CFPP to theproduct requirements,but added dose should not be more than 0.1%.
