摘　　要：自制了适用于特殊角度入射(即入射到光栅同一条狭缝上的光波相位不相等)的光栅衍射实验仪,并在实验仪上完成了衍射实验.实验结果表明,实验仪较好地展示了特殊角度入射光栅衍射的现象及特点.A light varies even out. The results grating diffraction instrument for special incident angle （the phase of the incident along a single slit） was manufactured, and the diffraction experiment was carried showed that the characteristics of the diffraction of special incident angle were exhibited well, and much reliable data to guide practice were obtained.
