“儿喘方”联合妥洛特罗贴剂对哮喘患儿肺功能的影响

摘　　要：目的 观察“儿喘方”联合妥洛特罗贴剂对哮喘患儿肺功能的影响。方法 选取90例支气管哮喘患儿随机分为治疗组与对照组各45例，2组患儿均给予妥洛特罗贴剂0.5～2mg睡前贴敷；在此基础上治疗组加用自拟“儿喘方”加减治疗。疗程均为7d。比较2组患儿的临床疗效及肺功能改善情况。结果 治疗1个疗程后，治疗组患儿总缓解率明显高于对照组（P〈0.01），肺功能各项指标均较治疗前及同期对照组有明显改善（P〈0.05），咳嗽、喘憋、咳痰及哮鸣音消失时间均明显短于对照组（P均〈0.05）。2组患儿治疗期间各出现皮疹1例、皮肤瘙瘁1例，均为妥洛特罗贴剂贴敷引起，停用后消失。结论“儿喘方”联合妥洛特罗贴剂治疗小儿支气管哮喘可明显改善症状体征和肺功能，值得推广应用。Objective It is to observe the effect of Erchuan decoction combined with Tulobuterol patches on pulmonary function in children with asthma. Methods 90 cases of children with asthma were randomly divided into treatment group and eontrot group, each group had 45 cases. Both groups were given Tulobuterol patches 0.5 ～ 2 mg by application before sleep, on the basis of this treatment, the treatment group was given Erehuan decoction made by myself. Both the treatment courses were 7 days. The clinical curative effect and improvement of pulmonary function in the children between both groups were compared. Results After one treatment course, the total relieving rate in treatment group was obviously higher than that in control group, and the improvement of every index of pulmonary function was more obviously than that in control group at the same time, the disappearing times of cough, asthma, expectoration, wheeze were shorter than that in control group. There was one ease with erythra,one case with skin itch which were induced by Tulobuterol patches during treatment, but the symptom disappeared when the medicine was stopped. Conclusion Echuan decoction combined with Tulobuterol patches can effectively improve the symptoms, signs and pulmonary function of children with asthma, and is worthy applicating in clinic.
