摘　　要：城市轨道交通项目投资巨大,影响时间长,其运作效率的研究对系统本身和城市经济发展都具有现实意义。从系统的角度出发,构建我国城市轨道交通系统运作效率的评价指标体系,利用2012年全国16个城市的轨道交通系统的相关数据,建立DEA方法的效率评价模型,得出各城市轨道交通系统的效率评价及规模效率分析结果,并结合各决策单元在生产前沿面上的投影,提出提高运作效率的针对性意见。Urban rail transit project has large investment and long influence time, the study on its operation efficiency has realistic meaning on the system itself and economic development of the city. Starting from angle of the system, the evaluation index system of operation efficiency of urban rail transit system in China was estabJished. By using relative data of the system about 16 cities in China in 2012, the efficiency evaluation model based on DEA was established and the analysis results of efficiency evaluation and scale efficiency of each urban rail transit system were achieved. Combining with the projection of each decision unit on production frontiers, targeted ideas on increasing operation efficiency were put forward in this paper.
