关于河南省城际铁路建设时序的研究

摘　　要：城际铁路的建设时序是政府部门和运输企业等决策的重要依据,特别是在当前铁路改革的新形势下,铁路建设时序的重要程度日益显著。考虑河南省城际铁路建设规划中存在的问题及相关政策的变化,从影响建设时序的多种因素出发进行剖析,利用定性与定量相结合的方法,分析河南省规划城际铁路的建设时序,即建设先后次序为郑登洛城际铁路、郑新城际铁路、机许城际铁路、许平城际铁路。The construction time sequence of inter-city railways is an important basis of decision- making by government departments and transport enterprises, especially under new status of current railway reform, the construction time sequence are gradually important. Considering the problems existing in inter-city railways construction plan in He＇nan province and changes of relative policies, starting from multi-factors influencing construction time sequence, this paper analyzes the construction time sequence of planed inter-city railways in He＇nan province by using qualitative method combined with quantitative method, the construction sequence of inter-city railways are： Zhengzhou-Dengfeng-Luoyang, Zhengzhou-Xinxiang, Zhengzhou Airport-Xuchang, and Xuchang- Pingdingshan.
