摘　　要：通过优化平面无线调度子系统,构建机车作业计划传递子系统,搭建机车综合信息平台,实现电子列调系统的构建方案,阐述电子列调系统的无线作业计划管理、平面无线调车管理、语音采集记录、机车车辆运行状态监控与防护、调度中心数据信息显示和查询分析功能,为冶金企业的列车调度行车组织提供有效的技术支撑。Through optimizing plane wireless traffic control subsystem, establishing transmission subsystem of locomotive operation diagram and locomotive comprehensive information platform , this paper realizes establishment program of electronic train dispatching system and expounds the functions of electronic train dispatching system such as wireless operation program management, plane wireless shunting management, speech acquisition recording, operation status supervision and prevention of locomotives and cars, data information display of traffic control center as well as inquiry and analysis, all of these provide effective technical supports for train dispatching and operation organization of metallurgy industry.
