摘  要:为了解决黄河故道地区苹果病虫害严重、果实着色差、光洁度较低的问题,通过田间试验,研究了不同品牌果袋、不同套袋时间和不同摘袋时间处理对富士苹果果实品质的影响。结果表明:套袋显著降低病虫果率,提高果面光洁度和着色度,其中以小林袋和凯祥袋最明显,其次是新台和金源双层纸袋,最后是塑膜袋。套袋后,果实硬度普遍降低,仅套凯祥单层纸袋和套塑膜袋果实硬度高于不套袋处理(对照);可溶性固形物含量以套凯祥袋和新台双层袋处理显著高于对照,套塑膜袋处理显著低于对照,其余套纸袋处理和对照差异不显著;不同套袋时间和不同摘袋时间对果实色泽、光洁度、硬度、可溶性固形物含量以及可滴定酸含量等指标均有影响,综合各项指标,生产中宜推广应用纸袋,以小林袋和凯祥袋较好,其次是金源单层袋,再次是新台果袋;套袋时间以5月25日较好,摘袋时间以10月10日为宜。In order to decrease the infection of diseases and pests,improve the fruit quality of apple,this paper studied the effect of different bags,bagging time and debagging time on fruit quality of apple in the old course of Yellow River. The results showed that bagging significantly reduced disease and pests damage to the fruit, and improved the cleaness and coloring rate,especially the Kobayashi bag and Kaixiang bag,then the Xintai bag and Jinyuan bag,at last was the plastic bag. Bagging reduced the fruit firmness,except the Kaixiang single layer bag and plastic bag. Baggingwith Kaixiang bag and Xintai double layer bag significantly improved the soluble solid content, bagging with the plastic bag significantly reduced the soluble solid content, bagging with the other bags had no effects on the soluble solid content. Bagging time and debagging time had effect on cleanness,color,hardness,soluble solid and titratable acid content,and so on. In the old course of Yellow River, bagging should be applied in the production of apple, the optimal bag type was Kobayashi bag and Kaixiang bag,the optimal bagging time was on May 25, the optimal debagging time was on October 10.
