云南民族乡村新兴民间互助组织与传统民间互助组织的对比研究

摘　　要：民族乡村传统民间互助组织和新兴民间互助组织在产生背景、组织结构、成员构成及功能和运作机制等方面存在着区别,社会关系、乡村精英和社会资本等在各自的运作过程中均有重要的作用。当前民间互助组织存在规模小、管理体制不完善、缺乏有效监督机制、结构松散、组织功能单一等问题。This article examines the differences between emerging and traditional mutual aid non- governmental organizations in ethnic minority villages of Yunnan in terms of background, organizational structure, member, function and operation mechanism. Social relations, rural elites and social capital all play important roles in operating the organizations. At present, emerging mutual aid non-governmental organizations face the problems of small scale, imperfect management system, ineffective supervision mechanism, loose structure and single organizational function.
