摘　　要：农业科技创新对农业经济增长的作用越来越明显。基于C-D生产函数模型,测算了兰州市2001—2011年的农业科技创新贡献率。数据表明,农业科技创新贡献率呈不断上升的趋势。通过与全国和其他地区的分阶段比较与分析,提出兰州市需要加大自主创新力度,增强农业科技创新能力建设,正确处理好科技创新和农业生产之间的关系,利用农业科技创新来实现农业的跨越式发展。Agricultural science and technology innovation was more and more obvious effect on agricultural economic growth. This paper calculated the contribution rate of Lanzhou agricultural science and technology innovation in the period of 2001 to 2011 by the C - D production function model, the data showed the rising trend of agrieuhural science and technology innovation. Compared with the phases and other parts of the country, this paper proposed that Lanzhou City needed to increase the intensity of independent innovation, enhance the agricultural science and technology innovation ability construction, correctly deal with the relationship between the innovation of science and technology and agricultural production, agricultural science and technology innovation was used to realize the leapfrog development of agriculture.
