摘 要:针对目前中小型包装企业生产设备自动化程度低,而大型自动化生产设备价格昂贵、难以在中小型企业推广的现状,在对纸壳自动化生产需求和现有技术进行充分调研分析的基础上,设计了一种结构简单、工作效率高、操作方便、低成本的半自动上糊纸壳机,可实现彩纸分离输送、纸壳定位、压紧的的自动化作业,提高了纸壳上糊的工作效率,对于提高中小型包装企业的生产效率和降低用工成本,具有一定的工程实际意义。At the present time, medium and minor-sized package enterprises low level of automation production equipment. The large-scale automated production equipment was expensive and difficult to promote in small medium enterprises. On the basis of cardboard automated production needs and existing technology full investigation and analysis, Paste on cardboard machine was designed with a simple structure, high efficiency, easy operation, low cost semi-automatic, which can be realized confetti isolated conveying, cardboard positioning, pressed for automation tasks and improve the work efficiency of the paste on cardboard .It also had some practical engineering significance which could help small medium enterprises improve production efficiency and reduce labor costs.
