摘　　要：研究了-50℃低温乙烯球罐用10Ni3MoVD锻件的焊接性,包括最高硬度、斜Y型坡口裂纹、插销再热裂纹试验以及手工焊焊接接头的力学性能等。结果表明:10Ni3MoVD具有较低的焊接冷裂纹敏感性和一定的再热裂纹敏感性,焊接接头低温韧性良好,焊接性优良。Weldability of 10Ni3MoVD steel forging has been evaluated by the maximum hardness and Y-groove test method. The mechanical properties of welding joints have been also investigated. Results show that 10Ni3MoVD steel forging has low cold cracking susceptibility, certain extent reheat cracking susceptibility and excellent low temperature toughness.
