摘　　要：为进一步了解黔产石韦的化学成分,采用硅胶柱色谱和结晶等方法对黔产石韦的化学成分进行分离纯化,并根据理化性质和波谱数据鉴定其结构。结果显示:从90%乙醇回流提取物中分离得到7个化合物,分别鉴定为Hop-22(29)-ene(1)、胡萝卜苷(2)、β-谷甾醇(3)、芒果苷(4)、三月桂酸甘油酯(5)、邻苯二甲酸二(2-甲基己基)酯(6)、十六烷酸(7)。其中化合物(1)、(5)、(6)首次从该属植物中分离得到。To study on the chemical constituents of P.lingua in further,The air-dried P.lingua was extracted with 90% EtOH.The compounds were isolated and purified by column chromatography and crystallization purification.Their structures were elucidated by their physical and chemical properties and spectral analyses.Results：Seven compounds were isolated from P.lingua and characterized as Hop-22 （29）-ene （1）,daucosterol （2）,β-sitosterol （3）mangiferin （4）,trilaurine （5）,phthalate （2-methyl hexyl） ester （6）,hexadecanoic acid （7）.Compounds （1,5,6）were obtained from P.lingua for the first time.
