摘　　要：从植物内生菌研究速度的变化、植物样品的采集与预处理、表面消毒程序的优化、对照方式、分离培养基的选择、材料植入方式等方面分析了目前植物内生菌分离的研究现状,并提出了构建内生菌分离方案的原则。The authors reviewed the research status on separation methods of plant endophytes from the following aspects：sample collection, pretreatment, optimizing of surface-sterilized procedures, contrast,selection of isolation medium,implant style.Then put forward the construction principle of isolation schemes of plant endophytes.
