摘　　要：目的探讨骨折外固定术后骨髓炎患者的抗感染药物分析与药学监护方法。方法由临床药师对1例右胫腓骨双骨折外固定术后骨髓炎患者的抗感染药物和镇痛药物应用进行药学监护,参与医生诊疗过程,寻找切入点进行药学监护,协助医生进行个性化抗感染药物治疗。结果针对患者不同时期的状况,合理选用抗感染药物,有效提高了疗效,减少了不良反应的发生。结论必须根据感染灶细菌培养及药敏结果选择抗菌药物,同时根据药物代谢动力学特点,考虑药物到达骨组织的能力,以达到抗感染药物的最佳使用效果。Objective To carry out anti-bacterial analysis of one case of osteomyelitis following external fixation of bone frac -ture and investigate methods of pharmaceutical care .Methods A clinical pharmacist supervised pharmaceutical care of anti-infective and analgesic drugs for one case of osteomyelitis , following external fixation for double fracture .He was actively involved in the person-alized anti-bacterial treatment of the patient .Results In light of the illness status of the patient and proper selecting of antibacterials , the pharmacist successfully helped the physician to improve therapeutic efficacy and reduce adverse reactions of drugs .Conclusion Antibacterials must be selected in accordance with the results of the culture and drug sensitive tests .At the same time , in light of phar-macokinetic features of drugs , the capacity of the drugs to reach the affected bone tissue should also be considered , so as to achieve op-timal therapeutic effects .
