摘　　要：固定资产是医院资产的重要组成部分,而固定资产管理是医院管理工作的重要一环。如何加强固定资产管理,有效提升资产管理效率是医院管理者亟待解决的问题。该文从从固定资产的概况入手,总结海军总医院固定资产管理中存在的难点,提出医院在固定资产管理方面的相关做法。The fixed asset is an important component of hospital assets , and its management is an important part of hospital management .The strengthening of fixed assets management and improvement of efficiency in fixed assets management are 2 problems demanding urgent solution by the hospital managers .This paper attempts to investigate the fundamental status of the fixed assets in the hospital as a start , then it summarizes the difficulties encountered in the fixed assets management , and lastly puts forward related strate-gies for better management of the hospital fixed assets .
