摘  要:研究一种对酚类废水处理效果好、价格低廉、无二次污染且稳定性高的电极。采用膨胀石墨粉和凹凸棒土粉为原料,制备复合材料电极。实验考察了电流密度、温度、pH值等影响因素。实验结果表明,在电流密度为10mA/cm2,温度为25℃,pH为7的条件下,对苯酚的降解率达到90%。该复合材料电极在连续进行半年以上电化学降解实验后,表面稍有腐蚀,表现出了良好的稳定性及耐腐蚀性,降低了废水处理的成本,有效提高了电极的利用率。This paper studied a cheap and environmental electrode with high stability and good treatment effect for phenol wastewater. It is a kind of composite-material electrode that is made of expansion graphite and attapulgite powder. The experiment investigates the stability of composite-material electrode and its ability to remove phenol. The result shows that removal rate of phenol reaches to 90% when the current density is 10 mA/cm2 ;temperature is 25 ℃ and pH is controlled at 7. After carrying on electrochemical degradation experiment for half a year ,the surface of composite-material electrode is corroded slightly. It shows that this electrode has good stability and corrosion resistance. This method reduces the cost of wastewater treatment and improves utilization rate of the electrode .
