摘 要:四川某石墨矿属于细粒含隐晶质石墨矿石,原矿品位较低,石墨颗粒细小,分离较困难一次粗磨一次粗选,粗精矿五次再磨六次精选的较佳开路试验流程的基础上,对中矿(1~4)进行单独的再磨再选,既能保证最终精矿固定碳含量又能提高固定碳的选矿回收率。通过闭路试验,可获得最终精矿产率为25.95%,固定碳含量为92.01%,回收率为91.14%的技术指标,为该地区石墨资源的开发利用提供了技术依据。The graphite ore from some area in Sichuan belongs to the fine refractory cryptocrystalline graphite ore. On the basis of the best open-circuit of one time coarse and one time roughing, five grindings and six cleanings for the rough concentrate,the process of the single regrinding and recleaning was carried on the middlings ( 1 - 4 ), which can not only ensure the final concentrate fixed carbon content but also improve the recovery rate of fixed car- bon. Through the closed-circuit test,the final concentrate with the yield of 25.95% ,the fixed carbon content of 92. O1% and the recovery of 91.14% was obtained, which provides technological base for the development and utiliza- tion of graphite in this area.
