起泡剂F2在难选多金属硫化矿中的试验研究

摘　　要：为了探索验证新型混合醇类起泡剂F2在都龙矿区难选铜锌锡多金属硫化矿中对选铜的适应性并进一步提升选铜指标进行了本次试验研究。试验采用新型起泡剂F2、MIBC及其二者的组合使用与传统的起泡剂松醇油和Z-200进行对比试验,试验结果表明:新型起泡剂F2、MIBC及其组合具有良好的起泡性能,浮选现象较使用松醇油或Z-200要好,选铜指标也得到进一步的提升。The experimental research was carried on to explore and verify the the adaptability of the new-type mixed alcohols frother F2 in Dulong mine refractory copper-zinc tin polymetallic sulfide ore and improve the flotation index of copper. The contrast test showed the new-type frother of F2 and MIBC and their combination has the better foa- ming property than the traditional frother of pine camphor oil and Z-200, as well as the flotation performance. The index was further improved.
